Creative and Innovative event designer and producer Lisa Marie; founded C. A. E. in  1998. Lisa Marie has brought her considerable talents and experience to the table in the formation of this company.  She has partnered with Product Launches, Non-Profit and Educational Gala events, Corporate events, Social parties, and Weddings.  Lisa Marie brings her unique sense of her client's style, and knowledge of latest trends to your table.  She has also formed with a dynamic group of employees that make C A E events a client's dream come true.

Lisa Marie holds a degree in Interior Architectural Design and Fine Arts. She has attended Chamberlain School of Design Boston, MIT, RISD and has traveled to Europe to study decorative arts at the famed Sorbonne in Paris.  She then worked at the Boston Design Center and with a prominent Boston design firm for 5 years until she decided to open her own interior design firm.  Lisa’s Clientele were primarily in the Boston, and Wellesley/Newton area.  They enjoyed Lisa's work and creativity so much that they began asking her to formulate party decor for them.  
Moving to North Kingstown Rhode Island in 1998 to purchase her dream home at the ocean gave Lisa Marie access to Newport, and South County wedding destinations. This was perfect timing as she was in high demand to work in a different capacity; not only interior design but also hosting many events, and fundraisers. Lisa Marie officially opened her second business Creative Ambiance Designed Events. Lisa Marie’s design clients remain loyal.  Her clients are sophisticated, and are passionate about their parties; especially the creative concept and design aspect.

C A E has seen a new change recently.  We are now helping realtor's sell their properties more quickly.  Home staging and design is our latest special division.  We have cleaned up foreclosed properties and difficult to sell properties with our design advice and getting things moving in this slow moving real estate time.

Lisa Marie is incredibly hard working, but she credits C A E's business success to understanding her client’s event goals, coupled with her Art & Design knowledge to make an unforgettable experience. We promise to work our hardest to make your event a reflection of you.

About Anne

Anne is from East Greenwich RI and she makes our custom bridal jewelry line.  Anne is a glass artist and a teacher by trade.  She communicates very well with our brides and has even worked with a client to create the most custom piece of bridal keepsake jewelry yet.  We call it Sand Made Designs.  A client was getting married on the beach and wanted jewelry made from the actual sand that they would stand on in the ceremony.  They put their heads together, and rather than a simple vial of sand on a charm bracelet, Anne created an encapsulated mound of sand along with colors and shapes to remind the bride of her special day!  Simply genius Anne!

Lesley Ann Art Director and Creative Consultant for Creative Ambiance Designed Events

Lesley Ann was born in the gorgeous countryside of North Yorkshire England.  Being surrounded by the beautiful architecture and stately homes of England gave her affinity with the decorating styles of Europe and murals of the great homes.  Before coming to America, she traveled extensively through Europe, visited Turkey and Greece and lived in West Africa.  She goes back to England often to keep in touch with her mentors and stays abreast of the trends.  She was studio trained in England in 1988.  She specializes in the true Faux Finishes such as Wood Graining, Marbling, and modern wall glazing techniques and Venetian Plaster.  Her motto is – Don’t throw it…Faux it! Her English background and International travel gives her breath and scope to satisfy her discerning and sophisticated clientele with creative direction and ideas to bring CAE event to the next level.  Lesley Ann is the head of our redesign-home staging movement.

Liz is our site coordinator and a designer for CAE Custom Bridal Division.  An import from Florida where Liz owned and operated her own Jewelry Company for over 12 years and found her way to Rhode Island and scooped up by Lisa Marie and an integral part of CAE.  You may find Liz on site or in the office working with Swarvski crystals and designing pieces for our brides and or gifts.  Liz loves experimenting with colors, designs, and specialty requests for our clientele!  Be it adding sparkle glitz and glam to our Floral décor and Ceremony/Reception sites; Liz has endless possibilities and ideas for the entire team.

Erin has trends and traditions.  Erin has a  Masters in Education and specializes in helping the team capture new trends and traditions.  Over the years she has learned a variety of unique skills like sewing, floral sculpture and creative invitations paper making, and weaving.  Through the years she attended many seminars and classes to develop creative thinking and problem solving skills. Her main asset is the ability to assess a situation and make practical and unique solutions and suggestions. She is our behind the scene resource for CAE; available to do logistical coordination,decoration, design, sew, and collaborate designs with other contributing designers and logistical coordinating.  Erin is also fluent in at least 4 different languages, including Mandarin Chinese.
